Netwrix maintains a global presence, fostering a remote-first work environment while encouraging and facilitating frequent face‑to‑face interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Role Overview

You’ll join our global HR operations team and look after all operational HR activity for EMEA . Our HR operations model has been in place for about a year. The foundations are there, but there's still plenty to build. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the build‑and‑scale phase. That means fixing what isn't working, designing what's missing, and making sure HR operations across EMEA run smoothly for employees and managers while staying aligned with our global model.
This is a hands‑on role. You’ll run day‑to‑day operations alongside your EMEA HR operations colleague and work closely with our regional HR Business Partners. At the same time, you’ll improve how we work so that the processes you build can scale as we grow.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Kraków office.

Your Responsibilites
  • Run EMEA HR operations end to end: onboarding, probation, contract changes, transfers, leave and absence, offboarding, and employee records across multiple countries.
  • Deliver a great HR service: manage employee and manager queries through our HR ticketing process, meet agreed response times, and build self‑service guidance so people can find answers quickly.
  • Support payroll and benefits: prepare and check monthly payroll inputs for EMEA, meet provider cut‑offs, reconcile changes, and administer benefits enrolments and changes.
  • Own our HR systems for EMEA: keep the HRIS accurate and well configured, manage workflows and access, and help test and roll out system improvements.
  • Build processes where we don't have them: spot the gaps, design practical workflows, and document them so they can be followed consistently.
  • Fix what we already have: review existing processes, find where they break or slow people down, and improve them.
  • Keep policies and documents current: maintain the employee handbook, local policies, and templates for contracts and letters, working with Legal and local advisors.
  • Protect employee data: apply GDPR and local record‑keeping rules, manage document retention, and support data subject access requests.
  • Manage right‑to‑work and immigration: run right‑to‑work checks and coordinate visa and work permit processes with our immigration partners.
  • Manage vendors: work with EOR/PEO, payroll, benefits and other HR providers, and hold them to agreed service levels.
  • Stay compliant locally: track employment law changes across EMEA with local advisors, support audits, and support consultation with employee representatives or works councils where they apply.
  • Turn data into insight: In partnership with the HRIS data analyst, own HR data quality, run regular audits, build reports and dashboards, and flag trends early.
  • Partner across the business: work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and colleagues in AMER and APAC.
  • Help the function mature: contribute to the HR ops roadmap and own improvement projects from idea to delivery.
What success looks like in your first year
  • First 3 months: you understand how EMEA operations run today, you're handling day‑to‑day work independently, and you've mapped where the gaps and pain points are.
  • By 6 months: you've fixed the most painful processes, documented the core EMEA processes, and put basic HR service metrics in place.
  • By 12 months: EMEA operations run consistently across countries, HR data is reliable enough to report on with confidence, and you're leading at least one bigger improvement project.
What you’ll bring
  • Solid experience in HR operations, with hands‑on work across several EMEA countries. Specifically France, Germany, UK, Poland, Romania.
  • A working knowledge of how employment practice differs across Europe, and the judgement to know when to check with local experts.
  • Hands‑on experience preparing payroll inputs and administering benefits in more than one country.
  • A track record of building or improving HR processes, not just following them.
  • Confident use of at least one HRIS, with experience configuring it or improving how it's used.
  • Practical knowledge of GDPR as it applies to employee data.
  • Experience working with external providers (EOR/PEO, payroll, benefits) and managing them against service levels.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables) and confident working with HR data and reports.
  • Close attention to detail, since accuracy matters in everything you touch.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity: you can make progress when there isn't a clear answer or an existing process.
  • Initiative: you notice what needs doing and get on with it.
  • A collaborative, practical approach. No task is too small, and you're happy to help the team wherever needed.
  • Global awareness and cultural sensitivity when working with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds.
  • Fluent Polish and English; other European languages are a plus.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Rippling, Bonusly and Checkr.
  • Experience in a tech or software company, or a fast-growing international business.
  • Process improvement or project management experience or training.
