Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Global RTR Expert to drive the strategic integration of newly acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA.

You will bridge local finance, global shared services, and IT, shaping how the company scales its financial operations. The role emphasizes design of new processes in SSC/BPO environments, with a focus on transition readiness, data migration, and financial reporting during critical stages.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a multinational environment with strong RTR and accounting foundation.
• Business-fluent English (C1) required for global collaboration.
• Proven experience in post-acquisition integrations and finance transformation projects.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial integration of new acquisitions into SAP S/4HANA and global processes.
• Coordinate post-purchase entries, opening balance sheets, and reconciliations with local GAAP vs US IFRS.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects including GL, AP, AR, FA, Leases and internal controls.
• Proactively communicate risks and progress to senior stakeholders across functions.

We are currently looking for an experienced Global RTR Expert. This is a purely project-driven, individual contributor role where your primary focus won't be repetitive operational accounting, but rather the strategic integration of newly acquired entities into the company's global structures. You will lead the financial and accounting integration of new acquisitions, ensuring a seamless migration of financial data and systems to SAP S/4HANA. You will act as a bridge between local finance, global shared services, and IT, giving you massive global exposure and real influence over how the company scales its financial operations.

What will your tasks involve?

accounting & financial reporting:

• take ownership of post-purchase accounting entries and opening balance sheets, ensuring they align perfectly with global processes;
• drive accuracy in financial reporting during critical transition phases;
• ensure seamless mapping and loading of balances from local ERP systems to SAP and consolidation systems;
• investigate and reconcile differences between local GAAP and US IFRS, utilizing your deep accounting expertise.

ERP & systems integration:

• champion the migration of newly acquired entities into SAP S/4HANA, coordinating system configuration, testing, and validation;
• execute end-to-end integration projects that cover accounting, reporting, internal controls, and systems;
• oversee comprehensive financial data migrations (GL, AP, AR, FA, Leases) with a sharp eye for completeness and accuracy;
• manage multiple concurrent timelines, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and proactively communicating risks and progress to senior stakeholders.

What we expect from you?

• minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational environment (ideally within an SSC/BPO sector) with a very strong RTR and accounting foundation;
• business-fluent English (C1);
• a passion for transitions: proven experience in post-acquisition/post-merger integrations, process transitions, or broader finance transformation projects;
• proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced MS Office tools;
• strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple integration timelines simultaneously;
• excellent stakeholder management abilities with a high level of English proficiency (written, verbal, and reading) to confidently navigate global corporate discussions;
• a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
