Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Global RTR Process Design Lead to define and optimize worldwide Record to Report processes, ensuring alignment with the global process vision.

You will own architecture, standardize documentation, and partner with regional finance teams and GBS to drive adoption. The role involves system enhancements, finance transformations, and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Record to Report (RTR), financial reporting, or controllership roles.
  • Strong end‑to‑end understanding of RTR processes and integrations with P2P and OTC.
  • Proven experience driving process standardization, optimization, or transformation initiatives in a global or regional environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex process and operational issues and design scalable, standardized solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO) and global process documentation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
  • Process architecture or transformation experience is an asset.
  • Continuous improvement methodologies exposure is an asset.

Global RTR Process Design Lead

Location: Krakow, Poland
Hybrid work arrangement – minimum 1 day per week from the office.

Responsibilities
  • Define, standardize, and continuously optimize global Record to Report (RTR) processes in line with the global process vision.
  • Own and maintain global RTR process architecture, standards, and documentation (L2–L4), ensuring alignment to the global template.

  • Act as a key support and escalation partner to the Associate Director of RTR on complex, non‑standard, or ad‑hoc RTR process and design issues.
  • Partner with the Global Process Owner, regional finance teams, and GBS organizations to drive adoption of standardized RTR processes.
  • Support global initiatives such as system enhancements, finance transformations, and solution confirmations impacting RTR.
  • Contribute to change management activities, including stakeholder communication, enablement, and process training.
