Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior SAP R2R Consultant in Warszawa to drive end-to-end Record-to-Report processes in SAP S/4HANA transformations for global organizations.

You will design and implement finance processes, run fit-to-standard workshops, and collaborate with P2P, O2C, and analytics teams while ensuring SAP Clean Core alignment and successful go-live support.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of SAP project experience.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud / Private Edition projects.
• Led or participated as Lead/Senior Consultant in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Solid knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Best Practices.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience in international project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R2R workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Design and implement SAP Best Practice Finance processes.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and design sessions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Clean Core principles.
• Drive finance process transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with P2P, O2C, Supply Chain and Analytics teams.
• Support end-to-end process integration design.
• Coordinate with Data Migration, SAP Fiori and Security teams.
• Support integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate solution quality and resolve process-related issues.
• Support cutover planning and deployment activities.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.

Senior SAP R2R Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP R2R Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and drive finance process excellence across global organisations. In this role you will design and implement end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Design and implement SAP Best Practice Finance processes.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and business process design sessions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Clean Core principles.
• Drive finance process transformation and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain and Analytics teams.
• Support end-to-end process integration design.
• Work closely with Data Migration, SAP Fiori and Security teams.
• Support integration with external applications and third‑party solutions.
• Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate solution quality and resolve process‑related issues.
• Support cutover planning and deployment activities.
• Provide go‑live and hypercare support.

Required Experience

• Minimum five years of SAP project experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud / Private Edition projects.
• Participation in at least one full‑lifecycle SAP implementation as a Lead or Senior Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.
• Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report business processes.
• Experience working in international project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
