Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking an Analytics Project Lead to deliver data-driven insights for real estate strategy, headcount planning, and space optimization across the client's EMEA portfolio. The role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of space supply and demand to inform planning decisions.

You will manage data collection, validation, and reporting, build occupancy metrics, and coordinate with CRE, finance, and BI teams to ensure data consistency and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation; familiarity with Power Query, VBA/macros, and data visualization tools is a plus
• Ability to analyse complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns and trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights with strong attention to detail in validating data accuracy
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience with real estate reports linked to real estate strategy, ideally within corporate real estate or occupancy planning environments
• Familiarity with occupancy planning and space utilization concepts such as headcount forecasting and vacancy analysis
• Project management experience and ability to standardize processes and drive improvements
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint and data platforms like QuickSight is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Manage collection, validation, and analysis of occupancy and headcount data for regional planning scenarios.
• Data Reporting: Deliver high-quality reports showing occupancy metrics and forecast accuracy.
• Project Lead: Own Headcount Forecast Validation process with clear documentation and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with CRE, Finance, Portfolio Strategy, BI Team, and facility management.
• Strategic Planning Support: Provide analytical foundation for space policies and planning decisions.
• Subject Matter Expertise Development: Build expertise in the client’s workplace data environment.
