Job summary

Reconext is seeking an experienced logistics and purchasing specialist in Poland to support daily material planning, supplier assessment, and order placement in line with international purchasing rules.

You will monitor delivery times, manage warehouse stocks, clear documents, and liaise with Warehouse, OPS, and Finance to ensure smooth supply for production and international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with a foreign client.
• Knowledge of international purchasing rules (Lead time, MOQ, Incoterms).
• Knowledge of IT systems supporting logistics processes (PUESC preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel.
• English at B2 level for communication with international clients.

Responsibilities

• analysis of production plans/forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis to ensure continuity of production
• placing orders based on international purchasing rules (LT, MOQ, Incoterms)
• negotiation of purchase terms with suppliers
• daily planning of material requirements
• monitoring of delivery times
• day-to-day monitoring of warehouse stocks
• clearing of commercial documents
• customs clearance of imported goods
• assessment/qualification of suppliers
• liaising with all departments in the company (Warehouse, OPS, Finance)
