Job summary

Maersk Project Logistics in Poland seeks a Senior Project Freight Forwarding Manager to lead the Poland executional team and coordinate global transport and logistics solutions. You will handle operational and documentation aspects of projects, partnering with sales and business development to ensure growth.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of a team of over 200 experienced colleagues in the Maersk Project Logistics product, where we strive to deliver the best service for our customers.

• Further build and lead the executional team in Poland within Project Logistics
• Executing transport and logistics solutions globally
• Manage all operational and documentation aspects of the project(s)
• Collaboration with our sales and business development organization to ensure consistent growth.
• Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer via your team in close cooperation with our customers
• Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision via your team
• Potential travel related to projects
• Leading Continuous improvement initiatives bringing efficiencies internally & towards our customers

• Ability to travel to various locations of execution.
• Fluent in both written and verbal Polish & English – German language skills are a great asset
• For this role we require Polish Citizenship
