Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of a complex, global programme for a strategic customer. The role acts as a key point of coordination across customer, Oracle teams, partners, and stakeholders in multiple countries and regions.

This highly customer-facing position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate within a complex global environment, including experience in the hospitality

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience in any capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and coordination of Oracle's activities within the customer programme.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact for programme delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate activities across Oracle teams, customer teams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers in multiple countries and time zones.
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance, including steering meetings, status reviews, reporting, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
