Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology or professional services projects within vendor/client environments and large enterprise organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies, SDLC, project governance, risk management, change control, and delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience managing budgets, resources, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, conflict management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex lending and financial services projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, forecasting, invoicing, and budget variances to ensure predictable commercial and delivery outcomes.
• Lead global, multi-disciplinary teams of consultants, specialists, and technical resources while coordinating delivery across multiple functions and locations.
• Manage senior client and executive stakeholders, providing clear project status, risks, issues, dependencies, governance updates, and alternative delivery approaches.
• Establish project governance and delivery standards using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, while managing change control, RAID, quality, continuous improvement, and client-site delivery.
