Job summary

Intellias is building the foundations of a future enterprise integration platform that will transform how consumer data integrations are designed, delivered, governed and operated across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

As Platform Program Lead, you will drive the initiative from initial design through implementation and scale, coordinating architecture, engineering, business analysis and delivery teams while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT program, project or technology management.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from discovery and design through implementation and scale.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams as programs grow.
• Strong experience working across engineering, architecture, business and operations.
• Strong experience with program planning, governance, risk management, dependency management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and technology leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders with different priorities and expectations.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments and bring structure, clarity and direction.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives and technical outcomes into roadmaps, priorities and actionable delivery plans.
• Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and facilitate decisions.
• Good understanding of modern software delivery and technology organisations.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the platform project from the initial design phase through implementation and further scale
• Coordinate the initial core team across architecture, engineering, business analysis and other involved areas
• Establish clear priorities, milestones, ownership and ways of working
• Coordinate discovery, platform design, PoCs and validation activities
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives, architecture direction and engineering decisions
• Translate design outcomes into an actionable platform roadmap and implementation plan
• Drive execution of the roadmap and continuously align priorities as the platform evolves
• Establish and evolve project/program governance as the initiative grows
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, decisions and escalations
• Coordinate additional teams and workstreams as the scope expands
• Work closely with senior client Business stakeholders, architects, engineering leadership, Product Owners and delivery teams
• Facilitate complex discussions and drive topics towards clear decisions, ownership and actions
• Maintain transparency around progress, priorities, dependencies, risks and expected outcomes
• Help establish a scalable operating and delivery model for the future platform.
• Build strong relationships across the client organisation and act as a trusted partner throughout the platform evolution

The initiative will start with a focused design phase to define the target platform, validate key concepts and create a roadmap for implementation. Based on this roadmap, the program will move into implementation and gradually expand in scope, team size and number of workstreams.
