Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to provide end-to-end coordination and governance across a complex programme of projects. You will work with Project Managers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, financial control, reporting, risk management and governance.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management to coordinate multiple projects and drive actions through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience as PMO, Programme Management or Project Management.
• Strong coordination of multiple projects/workstreams.
• Experience with governance, reporting and RAID management.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, accruals, actuals and forecasting.
• Review and sign off service and licence contracts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme reporting, including status updates, RAID logs and Steering Committee materials.
• Prepare cross-project decisions for decision boards and ensure actions are followed through.
• Coordinate programme governance and Quality Gate reviews, including tracking agreed actions.
• Align individual project cutover plans and support execution activities.
• Monitor project documentation, deliverables and data quality against programme standards.
• Manage programme administration across Teams, SharePoint and programme portals.
• Act as a central coordination point for programme communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience in a PMO, Programme Management or Project Management environment.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
• Experience with programme governance, reporting, RAID management and financial tracking.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes, controls and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
