The Project Manager will act as a key point of coordination between the customer, Oracle teams, partners, and other stakeholders across multiple countries and regions. The role is responsible for ensuring that programme activities are effectively planned, governed, communicated, and delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, dependencies, and customer expectations.

This is a highly customer-facing position requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex global environment. We require experience (in any capacity) within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and coordination of Oracle's activities within the customer programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact for programme delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate activities across Oracle teams, customer teams, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers in multiple countries and time zones.
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance, including steering meetings, status reviews, reporting, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation and ownership.
• Monitor progress against agreed scope, schedule, quality, and commercial commitments, taking corrective action where required.
• Provide clear and concise reporting to customer and Oracle leadership, highlighting progress, achievements, risks, and decisions required, and upcoming priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical, functional, commercial, delivery, support, and customer teams.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between programme objectives, contractual commitments, and achievable delivery outcomes.
• Support change management and adoption activities where required to enable successful implementation across countries and business units.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, governance, customer experience, and programme outcomes.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, controls, and Oracle delivery processes are followed throughout the programme lifecycle.

Languages: Business level English (Any additional European languages are a bonus but not a requirement.)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

PL: Hiring Range in PLN from: 151,200 to 259,200 per year.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
