Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemistry, chemical engineering or logistics.
• Over 5–10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance or related areas.
• Knowledge of EU import/export regulations, cross-border trade and REACH.
• Excellent written and oral English skills; additional languages a plus.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work across functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support EU export/import regulatory trade compliance activities and programs.
• Classify trade data and manage tariff codes; coordinate with regions for global harmonization.
• Respond to EU customs inquiries and monitor regulatory changes affecting trade.
• Support product introductions, registrations, and cross-border market access reviews.
• Coordinate export/import registrations and notifications (PIC, dual-use, etc.).
• Lead or support audits, assess regulatory impact, and develop compliant processes.
• Manage SAP tickets for regulatory data, specs, testing, and approvals.
• Interface with operations to collect data and drive compliance excellence.
