Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks an Environmental Product Compliance leader to drive environmental certifications for diverse product ranges. Reporting to the Global Hardware Safety and Product Compliance Manager, you’ll collaborate with R&D, regulatory experts worldwide and third-party labs to define roadmaps and apply processes.

You’ll monitor ROHS, REACH, PFAS and related standards, educate stakeholders, and lead data collection and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in sciences (Environmental Regulatory, Compliance, or Materials Engineering).
+5 years of experience in Environmental regulations (ROHS, REACH, EPR, PFAS, etc.).
PM accreditation (PMP, Prince2) would be a plus.
Experience with SAP or ERP, EDM systems and databases.
Fluent English; willingness to travel up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

Participate in product development assessing environmental compliance (ROHS, REACH, PFAS, etc.).
Prepare and support certification engineers with requirements and process descriptions.
Stay up to date on standards, directives and regulations for products.
Inform stakeholders of forecasted changes and adapt guidance accordingly.
Assist regional services to support business in regions.
Lead remedial actions during product lifecycle.
Maintain environmental conformity by leading data collection and reporting (EPR, SCIP, WEEE).
Support sustainability and carbon footprint assessment; propose improvements.
