Job summary

Dover Corporation's Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks an Environmental Product Compliance leader to define and drive the environmental strategy for RoHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS and other regulations. You will coordinate with R&D, global teams, and labs to ensure certifications across regions and manage lifecycle compliance actions.

The role requires +5 years in environmental regulations, strong project management, and experience with SAP/EDMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in sciences, preferably Environmental Regulatory, Compliance or Material Science Engineering.
  • +5 years of experience in environmental regulations (EU/US/ASIA) including ROHS, REACH, EPR, PFAS, etc.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP, EDMS and data management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental product compliance strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulators, and labs to ensure product certifications comply across regions (ROHS, REACH, TSCA, PFAS).
  • Prepare requirements and descriptions for certification engineers during development stages.
  • Monitor standards and regulatory changes and update guidance and processes accordingly.
  • Support regional services in regulatory matters and lifecycle remediation actions.
  • Drive data collection campaigns and reporting to authorities (EPR, WEEE, battery, packaging).
  • Contribute to sustainability and carbon footprint assessments.
