Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Procurement Service Delivery Lead in Poland to ensure a smooth end-to-end Source to Pay experience across the organization. It involves governance, GBS alignment and seamless transfer of activities between Procurement and GBS, with a focus on performance monitoring and process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of the Procurement - GBS Governance model
• Be a member of the GBS Governance model
• Ensure alignment on the GBS Service delivery catalogue
• From Procurement, represent, coordinate and be accountable for transfer of activities and resources to and from GBS
• Coordinate change management and communication activities
• Act as the primary interface between Process and Operational teams to ensure consistent interpretation of processes
• Translate global process standards into actionable operational practices
• Ensure alignment with end-to-end Source to Pay process framework and governance
• Participate in GBS resources and capabilities planning from operational/financial perspectives
• Define KPIs, metrics and SLAs; report on performance
• Monitor capacities and capabilities of GBS to perform transferred activities
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of issues across GBS, Business, IT and Procurement
• Support Countries' Procurement teams with new processes, tools and platforms
• Lead and coordinate stakeholder meetings to address process concerns and define action plans
• Identify operational improvement opportunities based on data and stakeholder feedback
• Prioritize and implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement operations
• Qualify changes per standard criteria; validate with GPOs and create IT Demands if needed
• Contribute to project roll-out plans and coordinate country implementations
• Support stabilization and adoption of process improvements across teams
• Align trainings with GPOs and GBS
