You will own the KPI framework, Procurement Cockpit and performance insights, partnering with Finance and leaders to ensure credible reporting and timely corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in global procurement transformation and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
• Experience linking strategy, metrics, governance, and delivery risks.
• Experience establishing procurement metrics including value tracking, OPEX and investments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Global Procurement KPI framework and Cockpit with clear definitions and dashboards.
• Define KPIs with Procurement Leaders to measure organizational performance toward strategy.
• Translate performance data into executive-ready narratives for CPO and Leadership Team.
• Partner with Finance and functional leaders to track procurement value and investments.
• Monitor performance against priorities and drive timely corrective actions.
• Provide analytical support translating complex data into practical insights.
