Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a Performance & Governance Lead to translate procurement strategy into measurable goals and metrics. You will own the KPI framework, drive governance forums, and align leadership around critical decisions and value delivery.

With 11+ years in global procurement or transformation, you will shape policies, ensure data quality, and provide executive-ready narratives to CPO and leadership. Fluency in English and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

11+ years of relevant experience in global procurement governance or performance.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, data/analytics or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience with goal setting and linking strategy to performance and delivery risks.
Ability to establish procurement metrics and track value, Opex and investments.
Strong communication across Procurement, Finance and business functions.
Fluent in English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the Global Procurement KPI framework and cockpit.
Coordinate governance forums and operating rhythm for leadership reviews.
Provide analytical support, translating data into practical insights for decision making.
