Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Procurement Service Delivery Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end Source to Pay experience and alignment of GBS strategy. You will monitor performance, manage transitions of activities to GBS, and escalate issues across multiple functions globally.

The role requires senior procurement leadership, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of STP processes. Hybrid work in Wrocław with extensive collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
• MBA or equivalent.
• 20+ years in procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience in Source to Pay processes.
• 10+ years in management or leadership in a multinational/global role.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba, Power BI and A/P tools.
• Experience with e-sourcing and contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the Procurement – GBS Governance model.
• Coordinate transfer of activities from Procurement to GBS and back.
• Align processes with end-to-end Source to Pay framework and governance.
• Define KPIs, metrics and service levels for GBS performance.
• Lead the Service Delivery and Operational Governance team.
• Coordinate change management, communications and trainings.
