Responsibilities
- Support office launches by coordinating administrative workstreams and due diligence on local requirements.
- Lead people-side operations for acquisitions, reorganisations, legal restructures, and share option plans.
- Stay updated on workplace laws and coordinate with external consultants for compliance.
- Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, improving experiences via automation and AI tools.
