Job summary

SlashData is seeking an HR Generalist to lead daily People Operations in a fully remote European team of about 20 employees. You will own hiring, onboarding, compliance, and culture initiatives while aligning HR with business strategy.

Strong communication across diverse cultures and stakeholders is essential. You will report to the Finance and Administration Lead with a dotted line to the CEO, and you’ll help shape our remote, high-impact culture through process improvements and scalable people

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in medium-sized companies (20-100 people), ideally within a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of general HR policies and labour laws in Greece and/or the UK.
• Experience with HR software (HRIS) and Google Workspace. We use Factorial.
• Ability to work in a distributed team with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Culture Systems: Improve hiring/unhiring processes, recognition systems, goal-setting, and remote engagement events.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee JD creation, manage ATS, screen candidates, and maintain careers pages and social presence.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Improve digital onboarding experience for new hires and workflows.
• People Operations & Admin: Manage digital files, time off, benefits, and tools; EoR relationships.
• Policy & Compliance: Keep files safe and ensure legal compliance.
