Job summary

Arche Consulting is seeking a Payroll & Rewards Transformation Consultant (m/f) to contribute to HR transformation projects focused on redesigning Payroll and Rewards processes. You will support workstreams, gather requirements, assess current processes and design solutions for implementation.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide, using English as the primary language, and operate in a hybrid model with office presence and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience in HR transformation, process changes or related initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data and processes.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP HCM.
• Understanding of compliance, regulatory and risk aspects in HR.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Excellent English communication for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review Payroll and Rewards processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development of efficient, standardized HR processes.
• Coordinate with HR teams and external clients through transformation projects.
• Create process flows, SOPs and reports with recommendations.
• Support change management, training and adoption of new processes.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and impact of improvements.
• Consider legal and regulatory requirements in design and implementation.
• Follow HR, Payroll and Rewards developments for continuous improvement.
