Job summary

Centric Software is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll processing across EMEA and AMER regions. You will act as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll for international operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in global payroll, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience collaborating with legal, HR, tax, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.
• 8+ years of global payroll processing experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll for multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView desirable.
• Strong prioritization, analytical, and project management skills.
• Able to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
• Collaboration with legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions.
• Serve as system administrator for payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, Workday).
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for domestic and international ops.
• Record payroll transactions in designated accounts and manage taxes.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for timely filings and compliance.
• Oversee monthly payroll closings and system upgrades or implementations.
• Support internal control policies related to payroll processes.
• Identify opportunities for scalable payroll process improvements.
