Job summary

Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations for Poland and other jurisdictions (UK, Germany, Ireland) in a remote, temporary-leave coverage role. You will ensure accurate processing and maintain data across multiple systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve inquiries, support audits, and drive process improvements in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on payroll and HR administration experience.
• Experience with Workday, Unit4 Teta HR, or Deel.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and tax regulations.
• High attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments per payroll calendar.
• Maintain employee and payroll data in Workday, Unit4 Teta HR, Deel, and other systems.
• Coordinate payroll activities and manage relationships with payroll vendors.
• Review payroll data for accuracy before submission and approval.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings to authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, providers, and employees to resolve inquiries.
• Support audits, documentation requests, process improvements, and year-end activities.
