Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Payroll Lead (EMEA) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive payroll transformation across Poland, UK, Germany, and Ireland, while supporting regional operations. You will lead implementations, vendor transitions, legal entity changes, and process improvements from planning through go-live and stabilization, collaborating with HR, Finance, Legal, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, finance, or business.
• Six+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple countries in the region.
• Demonstrated experience leading payroll transformations and vendor transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll initiatives across EMEA, including vendor transitions and legal entity changes.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from planning to go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor implementation activities, data readiness, and cutover activities.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documents.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on outcomes.
