Relativity Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Payroll Lead (EMEA) contractor to drive payroll transformation initiatives across Poland, UK, Germany, and Ireland, while supporting regional operations.

You will manage implementations, legal entity changes, vendor transitions, and process improvements from planning to go-live and stabilization. The role focuses ~75% on projects and ~25% on daily payroll operations, collaborating with Senior Payroll Analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Six+ years of progressive payroll experience, multi-country or regional delivery.
• Experience leading payroll vendor transitions, payroll implementations, legal entity changes, or similar transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll initiatives across EMEA, including vendor transitions, legal entity changes, implementations and process improvements.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: scope, requirements, design, plans, governance, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor implementation activities: data readiness, configuration review, integration dependencies, validation, production readiness.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, logs, risk/issue registers, test evidence, cutover checklists, status reporting, contingency plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external providers to clarify responsibilities and alignment on outcomes.
• Identify risks and escalate issues; implement mitigation plans.
• Lead change enablement: communications, SOPs, training materials, post-implementation reviews.
• Provide payroll operational support and escalation assistance to Senior Payroll Analysts.
