Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice is seeking a Product Ownership lead to drive the strategy and roadmap for our Partner Engagement solutions. You will connect business needs with technology, shaping product direction and maximizing value for customers and partners.

You will own the commercial performance, collaborate with marketing and sales, and align stakeholders across global and regional teams to deliver strategic initiatives. This role is Hybrid with flexible hours and international remote options.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, campaign management, customer engagement, and product strategy.
  • Experience balancing business and customer needs, managing stakeholders, and driving KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and execute the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap for Partner Engagement solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive developments, and business opportunities to identify growth potential.
  • Collect, evaluate, and prioritize customer, business, and regional requirements to maximize product value.
  • Own the commercial performance of the product, manage business cases, revenue targets, and incentivization strategies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing and sales to enable product adoption and growth.
  • Align priorities with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Steer product development and operations within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Define and optimize operating models, processes, and governance to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

In this role, you will drive the success of our global Partner Engagement product, shaping its strategic direction and maximizing value for customers, partners, and the business. Acting as the link between business and technology teams, you will steer product innovation, commercial success, and operational excellence across global and regional markets. Your work will directly contribute to customer engagement, revenue growth, and the continuous evolution of our loyalty and rewards ecosystem.

  • You will steer product development and operations, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Defining and optimizing operating models, processes, and governance structures, you will maximize business impact and efficiency.
  • Using customer, operational, and financial KPIs, you will continuously monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What makes us successful together
  • Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally within loyalty, rewards, cashback, rebate, referral, or membership programs.
  • Know-how and skills: Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, campaign management, customer engagement, and product strategy. Experience balancing business and customer needs, managing stakeholders, and driving commercial performance based on KPIs.
  • Nice to have: Experience with global loyalty ecosystems, partner engagement platforms, or customer retention solutions in an international environment.
  • Personality: Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language skills: Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
