Job summary

The role covers lifecycle delivery from initial client insight through implementation, reporting and follow-up, with heavy focus on client relationships and tangible outcomes in card-portfolio projects.

Qualifications

• Experience owning client, customer or business-partner relationships.
• Experience delivering customer-engagement, product, portfolio, campaign or comparable client initiatives.
• Ability to translate client objectives into structured actions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and understand objectives.
• Translate client needs into campaigns or product improvements.
• Manage campaigns from requirements through implementation, monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure financial reconciliation.
