Merck Group seeks a Learning and Development Partner based in Poland to drive the regional learning strategy across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and broader EMEA. You will consult with senior HR and stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable capability roadmaps and design tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development in global/matrixed environments
• End-to-end ownership of learning programs from need analysis to evaluation
• Proven consulting translating business strategy to capability roadmaps and change plans
• Hands-on with LMS platforms and digital learning tech
• Strong data fluency with analytics/dashboards to measure impact (Kirkpatrick/ROI)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication/facilitation
• Collaborative leader guiding cross-functional teams and regional projects
