Job summary

Mondi Group is seeking an Operations Project Manager for its Paper Bags Operations network. You will coordinate digital and operational improvement initiatives across plants, collaborating with operations leaders, IT and cross-functional teams to translate data and new ways of working into measurable performance gains.

This role is highly international, involves travel of 25–50%, and offers exposure to MMS, DACO, and production systems as you drive continuous improvement and digitalisation

Qualifications

• Must have experience in project management and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience with digitalisation and data-driven improvement in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Paper Bags plants.
• Lead digitalisation projects from planning through implementation and follow-up.
• Develop dashboards and reports, analyse KPIs and translate data into insights.
• Collaborate with plants, Operations, IT and stakeholders across borders.
• Support budgeting, performance reporting and knowledge sharing.
