Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Packaging Development & Engineering professional to lead packaging for new products and optimize existing solutions across brands such as chocolate, biscuits, and meals.

You will coordinate technical work, manage trials, and influence senior stakeholders while ensuring compliance with GMP/HACCP and sustainability goals. The role offers hybrid work and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging development and deployment, ideally in FMCG/CPG.
• Leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan and deliver multiple priorities.
• Identify and solve complex technical/business issues; drive projects forward.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder influence.
• Coaching and mentoring others; championing consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of packaging for new products and optimize existing solutions.
• Apply technical understanding of materials, processes, and supply chain considerations to designs.
• Translate brand strategies and consumer insights into packaging concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and production from ideation to launch.
• Ensure packaging designs meet quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
• Drive sustainability-focused packaging projects.
