Job summary

La Lorraine Bakery Group in Poland seeks a Digital Change Project Manager to ensure digital initiatives in Frozen Bakery land on the shopfloor, delivering measurable value such as reduced waste, improved quality and higher efficiency.

You will sit between production sites and IT/Data, translating business needs into functional requirements and taking end-to-end ownership of delivery, coordinating with Operations, IT, Data and Quality to enable scalable rollout across sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project ownership in multi-site contexts.
• Strong business analysis and ability to translate problems into requirements.
• Familiar with MES/ERP modules and manufacturing reporting platforms.
• Fluent in English and local language; willingness to travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local sites to understand business needs and define the problem.
• Prioritize requirements with Operational Excellence to align the digital roadmap.
• Translate needs into functional requirements; ensure IT/Data shape the solution.
• Own the project governance, planning, risks and budget tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements across process, data, and roles.
• Train and coach site teams; drive adoption on the shop floor.
• Represent business side in the Operations Digital Strategy team.
