Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable / P2P experience with strong process knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of PR/PO, Goods Receipt, and 3-way match processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide global support across multiple regions (China, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, US).
• Lead projects and interact with global stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead group meetings, presentations, and discussions to drive issue resolution.
• Perform 2nd line P2P issue resolution and identify roadblocks to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and guide users to training.
