Job summary

BD Mexico is seeking a P2P Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day governance and performance of outsourced Source-to-Pay (STP) operations. Starting with EMEA, the role is designed to scale toward global P2P governance and will be based in POL Wroclaw - Legnicka.

YOU will own governance, escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring SLAs are met, KPIs are tracked, and controls are maintained in collaboration with Procurement, Local Finance, and COE.

Qualifications

• Experience in P2P/STP governance and outsourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SOX/compliance and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the STP performance dashboard across processes (AP, blocked & held, IDOCs, disputes, T&E, vendor master data).
• Track SLA/CPI/KPI performance against targets and validate metric definitions and data sources.
• Lead monthly governance cadence with the outsourced provider and manage escalation framework.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Local Finance and COE to drive upstream process fixes (PSP/DMAIC).
• Monitor requester responsiveness and other bottlenecks as tracked KPIs.
