Job summary

Qualifications

• 11+ years in global procurement transformation and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
• Experience linking strategy, metrics, governance, and delivery risks.
• Experience establishing procurement metrics including value tracking, OPEX and investments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

About the role:
The Performance & Governance Lead is a member of the newly established Global Procurement Strategy & Performance team. The role is responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiency by translating the organizational strategy into concrete, actionable goals and metrics. Additionally, the role orchestrates a procurement annual calendar and governance forums that keep the organization decision oriented and focused on the right things and the right time by.

• Turning Procurement strategy into key performance indicators that measure organizational and operational performance toward achieving our strategy
• Developing and owning the Global Procurement KPI framework, including a Procurement Cockpit and performance insights
• Owning organizational governance, including the operating rhythm to drive decisions, value governance and business continuity

How you will contribute:

1. Strategy & Operational Performance

• Develop, manage and continuously improve the Global Procurement KPI framework, reporting cycle and Procurement Cockpit, with clear definitions, ownership, data qualityexpectations, dashboardsand reporting timelines.
• Work with Procurement Leaders to define key performance indicators that measure organizational and operational performance toward achieving our strategy
• Interpret performance information and produce concise, executive-ready narratives that highlight trends, risks, gaps, dependencies and recommended corrective actions for the CPO and Procurement Leadership Team.
• Partner with Finance, ValueDeliveryand functional leaders to support consistent,transparentand credible tracking and reporting of Procurement value, operatingexpenditureand investments.
• Monitor performance against strategic priorities and use governance mechanisms to surface issues,facilitatedecisions and drivetimelycorrective action.
• Provide analytical support for leadership discussions, translating complex data into practical insights and clear decision points.

2. Operational Governance

• Coordinate core governance forums and performance reviews, including the Procurement Leadership Team meeting cadence, operational performance reviews and manages agendas, materials, decisions,actionsand disciplined follow-through.
• Maintain the Global Procurement calendar and functional operating rhythm, aligning strategy, budget, performanceand transformation cycles.
• Maintain decision rights, escalationpathwaysand governance standards in line with leadership expectations and applicable enterprise governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to reporting integrity, governanceeffectivenessand delivery of agreed outcomes;maintainappropriateissueand action visibility.
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement and enterprise functions to align inputs, expectations,timelinesand accountabilities, while promoting continuous improvement of performance and governance processes.
• Develop and own the Global Procurement Business Continuity Plan

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• 11+years of relevant experience, ideally in a global and transformation environment, designing and launching new performance and governance processes in a Global Procurement organization
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, data/analyticsor a related disciplinerequired; an advanced degree isadvantageous.
• Experience applying goal setting methods (e.g. Hoshin Kanri) and working with leaders to connect Procurement’s strategic priorities, performance measures, governance requirements and delivery risks.
• Experienced with establishing Procurement metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency, including value tracking, operating expenditure and investments, and supports delivery within financial targets.
• Skilled in engaging senior leaders and partners across Procurement, Finance and other business functions.
• Highly effective communication skills with ability to convey goals, performance, risks and required decisions clearly in writing, presentations and leadership forums.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks with ability to develop and oversee the Global Procurement organizations Business Continuity Plan.
• Proficient with desktop applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance decision-making and business outcomes
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Base Salary Range: zł272,200.00 - zł374,330.00
