Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center in Poznań seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end P2P operations in a global shared services setup. You will drive governance, monitor KPIs, promote standardization, and strengthen controls with IBM and internal teams.

The role requires extensive finance experience, strong leadership, and an ability to influence senior stakeholders across countries while delivering stable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8–10 years of Finance experience or 15–20 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience, including outsourced/vendor-managed operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional transactional Finance operations in a global shared services environment.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, governance, controls, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance across the P2P tower, ensuring stable, compliant and efficient operations.
• Lead governance, monitor KPIs and service health, and drive performance reviews with key stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and best practices across countries and outsourced operations.
• Act as first line of defence by strengthening controls and ensuring process compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, experience and effectiveness.
• Translate insights into recommendations for Global Process Teams and Digital.
• Partner with Country organizations, Global Process Teams, Digital and IBM to maximize value.
• Represent OSS in governance forums and advocate standardized ways of working.
