Qualifications

• A self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Languages: English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in a post-sales, account management, or technical project management role.
• Analytical ability to analyze complex schedules and demand vs supply.
• Ability to translate between customer needs and factory constraints.
• Industry knowledge: drone ecosystem; UAV regulations is a plus.
• Experience managing military or defense-sector clients is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales operational liaison between customers and Silvus manufacturing and internal departments.
• Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination for on-time integration into the customer roadmap.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report on delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest production forecasts and translate into actionable data for internal teams to prevent stockouts or overages.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; resolve delays with manufacturing and logistics.
• Identify technical hurdles and coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues and escalations.
• Monitor component performance and manage End-of-Life notices; transition customers to next-generation components.
• Provide internal feedback to Product Development to influence future designs.
• Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Navigate country-specific complexities (Germany, Ukrainian theater) as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
