Job summary

Schaeffler is offering a logistics internship in Wroclaw, Poland. You will support organizing and dispatching domestic and cross-border transports, and gain experience in customer portals and shipping documentation.

The program is designed for students, with a hybrid work model that combines office presence in the center of Wroclaw with study-friendly scheduling. Fluency in Polish and English (B2) and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in logistics or related field.
• Fluent in Polish and English at least B2.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Excel fluency with data manipulation and basic analytics is a plus.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and dispatching domestic and cross-border transports via road, air, sea, CEP shipments.
• Advising shipments in customer portals.
• Supporting in preparing shipment notifications for transport forwarders.
• Organizing Premium Freights.
• Creating shipping documents for domestic and international transports.
• Tracking and tracing of shipments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
• Advising shipments in customer portals
• Supporting in preparing shipments notifications for transport forwarders/ or customer’s forwarders
• Organizing of Premium Freights
• Creating necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports
• Tracking and tracing of shipments

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in logistics or related fields
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
• Fluency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
• Work well with others and open to learning
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
