Job summary

DNV is seeking an experienced Group Leader for Oracle Infrastructure to guide a global team and shape the future of our Oracle services. The role combines people leadership with technology strategy across multi-cloud environments (OCI, AWS, Azure) and a VerIT platform.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in an international environment.
Solid understanding of Oracle technologies, applications and databases.
Experience with enterprise infrastructure and cloud/hybrid environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of Oracle infrastructure specialists and develop talent.
Ensure secure, stable, high‑quality operation of Oracle infrastructure services.
Drive modernization of the Oracle infrastructure platform with automation and IaC.
Collaborate with application/system owners, especially Finance and HR apps.
Monitor capacity, performance, and customer satisfaction; drive improvements.
