DNV invites an experienced technology leader to become Group Leader for Oracle Infrastructure, guiding a global team while shaping secure, reliable infrastructure services across DNV's multi-cloud platform, including OCI and AWS.

You will drive modernization, partner with business owners, and embed security, resilience and lifecycle management into the Oracle infrastructure services while promoting automation and IaC.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and develop a global team of Oracle infrastructure specialists, creating an environment where people can grow, take ownership and succeed.
• Take responsibility for the secure, stable and high-quality operation of DNV's Oracle infrastructure services.
• Build strong relationships and work closely with application and system owners, particularly those responsible for business-critical Finance and HR applications running on the Oracle infrastructure.
• Drive the development and modernization of the Oracle infrastructure platform, prioritizing improvements and projects based on business needs.
• Promote greater use of automation and Infrastructure as Code to improve efficiency, scalability and consistency.
• Ensure security, risk management, resilience and lifecycle management are embedded into the platform and its services.
• Monitor and continuously improve capacity, utilization, workload, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Encourage collaboration across Cloud Infrastructure and the wider DNV technology organization.
• Follow developments in Oracle technology and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and assess opportunities relevant to DNV's platform and services.
