Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Kraków, Poland seeks an Associate Director, Global OpEx Capability Building to lead the TLMS/OpEx capability-building program. You’ll collaborate with HR, OpEx leaders, and partners to align training with performance goals and TLMS transformation.

You’ll define strategy, design tiered academies, and ensure scalable learning materials and delivery, including modern methods, to drive business impact and capability growth worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to connect business results with capability building.
• Experience with OpEx programs (TLMS, IWS, WCM, TPS).
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define OpEx capability development strategy aligned with business needs.
• Design and run TLMS academy and function-specific academies.
• Develop curricula with HR, ecosystem leads and site inputs.
• Own global training plan and ensure delivery across sites.
