Job summary

TSMG Holding in Kraków seeks a Logistics Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that strengthen our global logistics operations. You will design training modules, update materials and SOPs, ensure compliance with international trade and customs requirements, and conduct new-hire trainings across regions.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, evaluating trainees, providing feedback, and occasionally traveling to support training or project activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations & customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for logistics personnel across regions.
• Update training materials, SOPs, playbooks, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Conduct new hire trainings and assess trainee progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to close skill gaps.
