Job summary

Syngenta Poland is seeking a proactive Global Mobility payroll expert to coordinate international assignee payroll, governance, and tools across multiple countries. You will partner with payroll teams, vendors and key stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant operations worldwide.

The role focuses on system ownership, data quality, testing, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across payroll, technology, and external

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • 5-8 years' experience in Global Mobility, international payroll, reward, tax or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international-assignee payroll, payroll controls, tax concepts, shadow payroll and compensation processes.
  • Good understanding of Global Mobility, compensation, tax and social security interactions.
  • Experience analysing payroll data, resolving issues and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven experience leading projects, process improvements or systems initiatives.
  • Experience with Global Mobility technology and HR systems; Topia experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; Power Automate experience is a plus.
  • Analytical and collaborative, with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive professional who combines international assignee payroll expertise, technology and data capabilities, and strong stakeholder coordination skills to deliver reliable Global Mobility operations, enhance tools and processes and support business change.

In this role, you will own and coordinate Global Mobility payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery worldwide. You will lead payroll governance, Global Mobility tools and improvement initiatives, working closely with payroll teams, vendors and key stakeholders.
