Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting Messaging and Directory Services issues.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Install and manage enterprise Messaging and Directory Services infrastructure.
• Provide operational support for Messaging and Directory Services.
• Handle Level2 and Level3 support for related incidents.
