METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Global Service Desk Analyst (German) to join our IT team in Poland. You will be the first point of contact for employees, provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and workplace technologies, and log incidents in ServiceNow.

Fluent German and English are required, and collaboration with colleagues across countries is expected. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow in a global company.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English required.
• Experience in IT service/helpdesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees with IT issues.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and workplace tech.
• Log and manage incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate with specialist teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and IT functions.
• Participate in on-call support rotations when required.
