Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Microsoft 365 services including Entra (Azure AD) and Exchange Online.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with on-premise Active Directory and Exchange.
• At least 2 years experience with email security gateways.

Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory and related products.
• Provide operational support for Messaging and Directory Services.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 escalation support.
