Job summary

UPM-Kymmene Sp.z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking a Manager, Master Data & Digitalization to lead the MDM team and drive digitalization initiatives across the organization.

You will manage Solution Owners and Analytics professionals, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to shape scalable data management services. The role requires a master’s degree and 7+ years in Master Data Management or related fields, with at least 3 years of managerial experience in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 7+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with people leadership.
• Experience leading digital solutions and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the MDM solution landscape and ensure service readiness across the full lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of MDM services.
• Translate business requirements into solution requirements for IT and partners.
• Lead development and implementation of new digital capabilities and analytics.
