Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive the Global A&M Excellence agenda within S&T and Global Marketing transformation.

You will define talent needs, partner with SVP level stakeholders, and deliver projects across regions from Krakow (KCC) and India (ICC). The role requires 10+ years in marketing with leadership experience, strong communication, and change management abilities, plus familiarity with AI and automation tools for presentations and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years Marketing experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record in marketing transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI and automation tools for PPT and Excel.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Global A&M Excellence Service within S&T and Marketing.
• Develop executive materials for senior leaders and manage relationships.
• Define service scope across North America, International Foods and Beverages.
• Lead a diverse team across Krakow and India with strong people practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with AI/automation trends.
• Track A&M performance indicators and support budgeting/contracts.
