Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Warszawa is seeking a Global Marketing and Sales Performance Analyst to deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support for profitable growth across the organization.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, develop KPI frameworks, support budgeting and forecasting, and leverage Power BI and Excel to transform data into actionable recommendations. Fluent English required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
MBA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3 years FP&A, commercial finance or business performance management experience.
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

Analyze Marketing & Sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for commercial functions.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, pricing and margins by product, customer and region.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance stakeholders to provide financial guidance.
Develop KPI frameworks to measure commercial performance and objectives.
Perform variance analyses and explain results versus budget and forecast.
Support business case development and strategic growth initiatives.
Leverage Power BI and Microsoft 365 to improve reporting efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and performance management.
