You will provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support to drive profitable growth across global marketing and sales functions. The role requires strong analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, using Power BI and Microsoft 365 to deliver actionable reporting in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Performance Management.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial organizations from a financial perspective.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Marketing & Sales performance to support business decisions.
• Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial functions.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, pricing, and margins across products, customers, and regions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to measure performance and objectives.
• Perform variance analyses and explain results vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support business case development and strategic growth initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI and Microsoft 365 to improve reporting efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting models.
